Project description

OSB played a pivotal role in the construction of Element 27, a 93-unit multi-residential complex situated in Subiaco's former light industrial zone. OSB's expertise in bulk earthworks and reinforced concrete was instrumental in laying the foundation for this transformative redevelopment project.

Scope of Works:

  • OSB conducted extensive bulk earthworks to prepare the site for construction activities, ensuring optimal conditions for the development of the multi-residential complex.

  • OSB executed reinforced concrete construction for the entire structure, including five storeys above ground and two basement levels of car parking and storage, providing the necessary support and stability for the building.

  • OSB collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of concrete works with the overall construction of the complex.

  • OSB upheld stringent safety protocols throughout the project, prioritizing the well-being of workers and site personnel while minimizing disruptions to ongoing activities.

Additionally, OSB successfully installed over 206 precast panels to ensure efficient completion of the project.

Scope of Works:

  1. Construction of Pads and Footings: Conducted precise and detailed construction of pads and footings to provide stable support for the car park structure, ensuring longevity and durability.

  2. Construction of In-situ Columns: Executed the construction of in-situ columns with meticulous attention to detail, employing advanced techniques to achieve structural integrity and stability.

  3. Slab on Ground and Suspended Slabs: Implemented the construction of slab on ground and suspended slabs, utilizing precision methods to meet structural requirements and accommodate vehicular loads.
